The Lumberton Township Land Development Board meets the Second (2^nd) Thursday of every month starting at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

All regular and special meetings of the Land Development Board shall be open to the public, comments shall be limited to 5 minutes. Please check this web page for any potential cancellations or changes.

Purpose
The Lumberton Township Land Development Board may make rules governing the conduct of hearings consistent with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq. and Chapter 29. Land Development Board.
The Lumberton Township Land Development Board shall consist of nine members, whose membership and terms of office shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., specifically 40:55D-23, and 259(c)(1), there shall be four alternate members of the Land Development Board, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, and who shall meet the qualifications of Class IV members under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-23.
