COURT GENERAL INFORMATION:
All court matters must be scheduled in advance, and it is recommended that you carefully review your court documents. Traffic tickets contain printed information on either the front or back concerning penalty/payments, pleas, and court scheduling. Criminal and other matters have court dates assigned on the face of the complaint. When calling to inquire about your court matter it is vital that you have your ticket and/or summons number available.
Cases concerning posting bail must be addressed in person at either the Court Office or Police Department. We do not accept credit cards for bail.
CONTESTING A TICKET: If you want to make a plea of not guilty and need a court date, please call the office directly.
COURT CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED THE DAY BEFORE OR THE DAY OF YOUR COURT DATE.
PAYING A TICKET: For your convenience, minor traffic violations issued in Lumberton Township may be paid online. If you want to make a payment by phone, please contact the court office during office hours. You may also mail in a check or money order.
