I, and my heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, personal representatives, and any and all successors in interest, fully and forever waive and release any and all rights and claims for any and all loss or damage of personal property, and any and all bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death and damages, including but not liminted to demands or actions for negligence premises liability, emotional injury, or intentional conduct, resulting in unintended injury or damage tort claims, or any other actions or demands of whatsoever nature, to the fullest extent permitted by law, that I may have against the Township of Lumberton and all employees, board members, officers, partners, or agents acting for or on behalf of Lumberton Township.
