NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF LUMBERTON
STATE OF NJ GREEN ACRES PROGRAM FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT VILLAGE GREEN PARK LOCATED AT 75 CHESTNUT STREET
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, GROUPS AND AGENCIES
PURPOSE: Lumberton Township is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at park name located at Village Green Park at 75 Chestnut Street in Lumberton Township.
PROJECT SCOPE: Lumberton Township proposes the following improvements at Village Green Park: replacement of playground equipment and surfacing, parking lot paving, water and sanitary service upgrades to the existing restroom facilities, and installation of programmable LED signage. PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions and/or provide comments on the proposed plan on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
The meeting will be held In Person/Via YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/@LumbertonTwpnj), as part of the regularly scheduled Lumberton Township Committee Meeting, 35 Municipal Drive, Lumberton, NJ.
