NOTICE TO RESIDENTS RE: D.R. HORTON – EAYRESTOWN ROAD REDEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
It has come to the Township’s attention that D.R. Horton, the proposed Redeveloper for the Eayrestown Road Redevelopment Area, WILL NOT proceed with its presentation at the special July 30th Land Development Board Meeting. It appears that their intention is to request an adjournment of the Application to the September 10, 2026 Land Development Board Meeting. Therefore, residents should not expect for the Application to be presented to the Board or to the public at the July 30th Land Development Board Meeting. It is anticipated that the presentation of the Application will start at the September 10, 2026 Land Development Board meeting.
